There are three types of user roles in Openprise:
- User
- Data Administrator
- System Administrator
Users can:
- View and search data in data catalogs that they have been added to
- Access the Analytics tab
Data Administrators can do everything Users can do, plus:
- Create and manage new and existing Data Sources and Data Targets (including Data Marketplace integrations)
- Create and run Jobs and Bots
System Administrators can
- Do everything Data admins can do
- Create and edit Users
- Enable GDPR settings
- Manage the administration settings
